Want to summon the coolest Terror Knights which posses and area attack? Want to see the "Miss Miss" sign hovering above you head? Love using Guns/Launchers? Well this is the class for you then!!

However I don't really think that this build is any good. If you want a melee character, why not make Soldier instead? Soldier class has passive skills which increase melee weapon damages, but the Dealer class does not.

Dealers only have gun/launcher damage increasing passive skills. Therefore it is quite a waste to make a melee Borg. Up to you though.
